Steady Flame

I burn steady — no flare-ups, no fading.

How this archetype is described in the report

You don't have one trait that towers over the rest — your strengths stay in balance, and none of them steals the spotlight. That's where your stability comes from: where others lean on a single pillar, you have several.

Lead dimension

Steady Flame is the only archetype without a lead dimension. It's assigned when every side of the profile is expressed roughly equally and singling one out would be a stretch: balance here is a result in its own right. More about how the rule works — in the methodology.

Strengths

What to keep an eye on

These aren't flaws — they're the continuation of a strength, the things worth keeping in focus:

How it shows up in a couple

Your profile is even: trust, conversation, sensitivity, reliability and freedom are developed to roughly the same degree. That's a result in its own right, not 'nothing stands out': no single side drags the relationship back harder than the rest — and there's no one overloaded pillar holding everything up.

In a couple this shows up as flexibility: you don't make your partner adapt to one dominant trait, and you adjust more easily to different situations — from everyday routine to hard conversations.

The flip side of balance: it's harder for you to answer 'what am I especially strong at' — and harder for your partner to know how exactly to support you. It helps to choose deliberately what to strengthen and to say outright what kind of support you need.
