Terms of Service

1. Subject of the agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the operator of the LoveScore service (the “Operator”, “we”) and any person using the service (the “User”, “you”). LoveScore is an entertainment and educational online couple compatibility test: each of the two partners answers 47 questions separately, after which the service produces a shared compatibility report.

By starting the test, opening an invitation link or paying for the Premium report, you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them in full. If you do not agree with any of the conditions, please do not use the service.

2. Age restriction

The service is intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over. Before starting the test you tick a box confirming that you are 18 or older; we do not ask for your date of birth. By ticking that box and using the service, you represent that you have reached the age of majority. If we learn that the service has been used by someone under 18, we may delete the data associated with them and restrict access to the results.

3. Nature of the service and disclaimers

LoveScore is built for entertainment and self-discovery. By accepting these Terms you understand and agree that:

• report texts are generated automatically using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, based on your answers;
• a report is not a consultation with a psychologist, a psychotherapist or any other specialist, a medical service, a diagnosis or a prediction of the future of your relationship;
• the results are indicative and intended for entertainment and education, and must not be the sole basis for life-defining decisions (getting married, breaking up, relocating and so on);
• we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the report's conclusions, or that they apply to your particular situation.

If you are going through a crisis in your relationship or need professional help, please turn to a qualified specialist.

4. Access without an account. Links and responsibility for keeping them safe

There is no sign-up and there are no accounts in the service. Access to the results is granted through a personal token link created for each participant:

• the link to the report is valid for 180 days from the last time it was opened, and is extended automatically every time it is opened;
• the invitation link for your partner is valid for 14 days from the moment it is created; once it expires, it has to be created again.

The token link is the only “key” to your result. You alone are responsible for keeping it safe and confidential: anyone who obtains the link will be able to open the corresponding result. Do not publish personal links anywhere public and do not pass them to third parties you would not want to show the report to. If you lose the link, access can be restored only by email — and only if you saved one on the report page: the questionnaire does not ask for an email. Without a saved address, a lost link means a lost result.

Each partner answers the questions separately. One partner's answers are never shown to the other item by item — both of you have access only to the couple's shared report.

5. The Premium report and payment

The basic report is provided free of charge. Premium is a one-time purchase of $2.99 that unlocks the full AI report for both partners in the couple. Premium is not a subscription: no recurring charges are made.

Payment terms:

• payment is made through third-party payment providers (bank cards, cryptocurrency, Telegram Stars); processing of the payment is also governed by the rules of the provider concerned;
• when paying with Telegram Stars, the invoice is issued in Stars — the number of Stars corresponds to the price stated above at the current Telegram price of a Star, and is shown before you proceed to payment; charging and refunding Stars is done by Telegram under its own rules;
• the Operator does not receive or store the details of your bank cards or crypto wallets;
• access to the Premium report opens once the provider confirms the payment, as a rule instantly;
• the price may be changed for the future; a change of price does not affect purchases already made;
• refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All elements of the service — the name, the design, the interface texts, the test methodology, the wording of the questions, the program code — belong to the Operator or are used by it lawfully. Copying, reproducing and distributing elements of the service without the Operator's written permission is prohibited.

The text of the personal report is created for your couple, and you may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes (save it, show it to your partner, share it with people close to you). Commercial use of reports, including reselling them and publishing them at scale, is not permitted.

7. Acceptable use

When using the service, it is prohibited to:

• provide other people's personal data without the consent of the person concerned;
• attempt to gain access to other people's results, or to guess or intercept token links;
• interfere with the operation of the service: circumvent technical restrictions, use automated tools for bulk requests, disrupt the infrastructure;
• use the service for unlawful purposes or to cause harm to third parties.

If these rules are broken, the Operator may restrict or terminate access to the service and to the results without compensation.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for:

• decisions taken by you or your partner on the basis of a report, and any consequences of such decisions;
• interruptions in the service caused by technical failures, the actions of third parties or circumstances of force majeure;
• third-party access to a result that occurred because you passed on or lost a token link;
• the operation of third-party payment providers and other external services.

In any event, the Operator's aggregate liability to the User is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the Premium report.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may amend the Terms as the service develops. A new revision takes effect from the moment it is published on this page, unless the revision itself says otherwise. By continuing to use the service after changes are published, you accept the updated terms. We will also try to announce material changes in the service interface.
